As President & CEO of WBENC, Pam’s leadership transcended titles. She was a force for change whose impact reshaped supplier diversity and expanded opportunities for women entrepreneurs across the country. Over more than a decade, her influence opened doors, built bridges, and inspired a movement grounded in equity and inclusion.

But Pam’s true legacy extends beyond her remarkable professional achievements. She will be remembered for her kindness, authenticity, and relentless passion for empowering others. Her presence lit up every room, and her belief in the power of community was at the heart of everything she did.
